Creativity is in my DNA.
I love creating things. Beautiful things. Inspiring things. Powerful things. In fact, when I don't have a powerful, purposeful, or beautiful project to work on, I feel like I am wasting my time. At all times, I need to be working toward something that will have a positive impact on the people around me.
“the value of the [story] is that it takes all the things we know and restores to them the rich significance which has been hidden by 'the veil of familiarity'."
- C.S. Lewis
This is why I love storytelling and creativity. In many ways this idea is the reason I am, who I am.
As human beings we crave beauty. Beauty remind us that there is more to life. If you are a Christian, as I am, you can understand that Beauty is a gift from God to remind us that He is good, that He is with us, and that He cares about us, even when the world feels dark, dangerous, and painful. Every one of us has an instinctual longing for purpose, meaning, beauty, power...something. And that is what gets me excited...
As a photographer and filmmaker, I love to make ascetically pleasing visuals and establish the sensation of awe and wonder. However, my first priority in any project is honesty. I am determined to tell stories in a way that is compelling while maintaining integrity to the truth.
Many people have stated that stories are the most powerful tool to share ideas. Often we don't remember facts or statistics very well, but we can easily remember a story. Often a story we hear helps us understand our own story.
In my mind, if a story is the most powerful tool to share ideas, a false or evil story is the most harmful and destructive weapon on earth. A good, true, and honest story inspires people. It helps advance society and heal individuals. It can positivity change how we think, compels us into meaningful action, and can allow us to understand different perspectives. It brings unity, empathy, and harmony. Beyond that, it is capable of becoming a catalyst for personal transformation...
...and I am a perfect example of this. When I was 15 years old, I read a book called Wild at Heart by John Eldredge and it changed my life forever. The book is full of real stories of real men, and it gave an idea of the person I would like to become. More than that, it gave me permission pursue my dreams. And so here I am...
So...that's a bit about me, how I see the world, and how I got here. If you are interested, I'd to connect with you and hear your story. Just reach out!

What have I been working on recently?
On Instagram, I love sharing my life. Things that God is teaching me. Images that inspire me. Bits and pieces of my journey. I never put on a face to look like someone I am not. Just real thoughts and real stories.
On YouTube, I focus less on production quality and focus more on sharing honest and
authentic pieces of my life, in hopes to help others on their own journey. Generally, people on the internet are looking to connect with real people.
Honestly, I share more than I probably should for my personal brand and image. However, I think my vulnerability is what makes these projects so helpful and impactful to the small community of beautiful souls that watch them.
